| 摘 要： | 利用谐波齿轮传动原理设计一种新型的高转矩步进气马达 ,并说明该步进气马达的结构设计和动作原理。本步进气马达与普通的叶片式气马达、活塞式气马达相比较 ,具有高转矩输出和低速步进式传动的特点。

| Abstract: | A new type of high-torque's stepping pneumatic motor was designed.This stepping pneumatic motor uses the principle of harmonic drive.In this paper,the driving principle and structural design of this motor are presented.This motor consists of a donut-shaped generator,which is made up of silicone rubber,a stepping ring,made of metal of plastic,and a rotor. |
