| 摘 要： | 茶氨酸是构成茶汤鲜爽滋味的主要成分，并且具有重要的生理及药理作用，可制成多种产品，市场前景广阔。目前茶氨酸的工业化生产途径主要有以下几种：1茶树组织器官中提取；2化学合成方法生产；3微生物发酵法；4茶树细胞组织培养生产茶氨酸；5其他方法。

| Abstract: | Theanine is the dominant component which compose of the fresh flavor in tea. Many productscan be produced from thea-nine ,for it has important physiological and medical functions.So it's prospect in market is broad . At present, several paths of indus-tialized production are as followed: 1.draw from tea tissue and organs;2. produce with chemical synthsis:3. microbial ferment ;4. produce from cultured tea cells; 5. other methods. |
