| Abstract: | To counter the problems existing in technical introduction of Shanxi Province,putting forward some rationalization proposals laying stress on that the introduction of software should be taken as the dominant factor and the digestion and innovation after introduction shuld be placed on focal point for the purpose of high benefits,application-for-ourselves and independent development. |
