日本知识产权制度的变迁及启示

日本自专利制度建立一百多年来,经过长期地磨合、变迁,知识产权制度与其它法律制度相融合,有力地促进了日本的技术创新和经济发展。我国在知识产权战略实施中,应借鉴日本建立和完善知识产权制度的经验和做法,不断提高对知识产权的创造、保护和运用能力,从而增强我国的国际竞争力和抗风险能力,推动经济社会又好又快发展。

With the long-term running-in and change of the patent system after its establishing 100 years ago,the system of intellectual property integrated with other legal systems and effectively facilitated Japan's technical innovation and economic development.China should learn from Japanese experiences and practices on establishment and improvement of the intellectual property system to enhance the capability of creation,protection and application of the intellectual property,which will enforce china's international competitiveness and anti-risk ability and promote the good and quick development of economic society.
