| 摘 要： | 本文从设计和工艺的角度出发,论述了电流模式模拟集成电路(电流传送器、电流镜,电流模式放大器、跨导-C滤波器和开关电流滤波器等)的优越性及其应用和进展,并预测了今后10年内模拟集成电路的设计、工艺及应用方面的发展趋势及可能的研究课题.
