撞击流反应器停留时间分布

摘    要:在直径300 mm、高500 mm的冷模装置上,以水为介质,KC l饱和溶液为示踪剂,测定了两喷嘴及四喷嘴撞击流反应器的停留时间分布,探讨了流量以及喷嘴数量对停留时间分布的影响。结果表明:流量相同时,增加对置喷嘴数量可明显改善反应器内混合效果;利用前短路Γ混合模型和组合模型对实验数据进行了关联,并对两种模型的特点进行了分析比较;模拟计算结果显示:模型可以很好地描述撞击流反应器的停留时间分布。

Abstract:The residence time distribution of impinging stream of water coming from two or four(nozzles) in a reactor with diameter of 300 mm and by height of 500 mm were measured respectively,and the(influences) of flow rate and number of nozzles were discussed in this paper.The experimental results show that the macro-mixing process in the reactor is improved obviously at the same flow rate when the number of opposite nozzles is added.The experimental data were correlated with front by-pass mixing model and combined model for calculating the residence time distribution,and the features of the two models were discussed.The calculated results show that the models can finely describe the residence time distribution in the impinging stream reactor.
