摘    要:综述脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)在人和动物细胞中的存在和分泌、对各种组织细胞的作用及其信号途径等方面的研究进展.从海绵动物到多种哺乳动物的各种白细胞、胰岛细胞和干细胞等都能产生或分泌ABA,通过激活质膜上的G蛋白偶联复合受体,激活细胞内的腺苷二磷酸核糖环化酶,使细胞环腺苷二磷酸核糖升高,从而导致细胞内C...

Abstract:Abscisic acid (ABA) is an important phytohormone regulating plant growth, development, dormancy and plant responses to abiotic stresses. Recently, ABA is demonstrated to be produced by wide range of animals from sponges to various human tissues and cells, such as leukocytes, pancreatic cells, mesenchymal stem cells and to stimulate functions through a signaling pathway involving the intracellular cyclic ADP-ribose and Ca2+. Endogenous ABA stimulates immune responses in leukocytes and macrophages, release of insulin in islet cells, expansion of mesenchymal and colon stem cells, inhibiting growth and induction differentiation of cancer cells. Research indicates that ABA is a universal signal and has potential applications in several human diseases. This article summarizes recent advances on the existence, signal pathways and functions of ABA in animal and human cells.
