Electronic postal service based on three postal service nets

This paper summarizes the constitution of three nets in current postal services and advantages of the three in one nets.Then it states the necessity and possibility of present delivery net with the real objects, that is, the logistics net as a basis, and strongly advises developing the electronic postal services namely the postal electronic commerce.Finally, it gives a general project design for the electronic postal service system.
