| 摘 要： | 管理是一门实践性很强的学科,对管理专业大学生进行能力培养应贯穿于各个教学环节之中。针对教学环节的构成、专业实践教学、师资力量、软硬件设施等在能力培养方面存在的问题,提出了基于能力培养的教学改革思路,设计了各教学环节的培养方案。

| Abstract: | Management is a discipline of strong practicalness.Capacity-building for management students should be carried out through the various teaching processes.Some problems in the composition of teaching processes,professional practice teaching,the team of teachers,and software and hardware facilities are analyzed.Proposals for teaching reform based on fostering competence are presented,and the scheme about teaching activities is designed. |
