北京电视中心高层钢结构施工模拟分析

摘    要:北京电视中心综合业务楼为钢框架支撑体系,采用"上挂下托"新工艺施工.本文使用ANSYS单元生死技术,对北京电视中心超高层钢结构的施工过程进行数值模拟分析.考虑了分层加载,结构刚度逐层修正,详细模拟计算了结构在施工中的应力变化过程,不仅为现场施工及监测提供指导,亦为类似工程设计及安全施工提供了参考依据.

Abstract:The mansion of Beijing Television Center is a frame-support steel structure constructed by "Hanging on the top substructure and supporting on the bottom substructure"(HTSB)technology.This paper carries out the numerical simulation analysis on the whole construction process by using the birth and death element technology of ANSYS for the super high-rise steel structure of Beijing Television Center.Story by story loading and structural stiffness matrix step by step updating are considered.The detail calculations for the change of the structural stress during the construction process are completed.The results of calculation provide direct instruction for the realization of HTSB technology,and similar structure design and construction can take this as reference.
