高功率因素的PWM整流器滤波的MATLAB仿真

摘    要:简略讲解了整流器基本原理及其高功率因数的控制方法和电力滤波技术及其控制方案。经过比较后选择较好的UPF控制策略对PWM整流器进行MATLAB仿真。首先将整流直流电压的测量值与给定值进行比较并相减,再经过具有低通滤波功能的误差放大器后得到电压控制量。该电压控制量经过与各输入相电压的参考信号相乘后得到各相的输入电流给定信号,该给定信号与各实际电流信号相比较后经过各自PI调节器,得到最终的体现有输出电压调节和输入电流调节的综合控制信号,然后经过电压比较器后得到6路PWM信号,经过隔离放大后驱动对应功率器件工作。

Abstract:This article briefly explained the basic principles of rectifiers and its control program in high power factor and power filter technology and its control program.After comparing options,I chosen the UPF control strategy to make PWM rectifier MATLAB simulation.First,rectified DC voltage are compared with the given value and subtraction,and then obtained voltage control value after get through a low-pass filtering and the error amplifier.Then got the given three-phase current signal by multiplied the voltage control value and input reference phase voltage signals,compared with actual current,the given current signal go through their PI regulator and finally got integrated control signals which manifested regulation of an output voltage and input current,and then gained 6 Road PWM signal through the voltage comparator,then driven corresponding power devices after isolation amplifier.
