| 摘 要： | 在大量实验的基础上,作者指出计量加料对双螺杆的熔体输送有明显影响,故应把计量加料作为啮合型双螺杆挤出机的一个独立操作参量,在国内,作者第一次讨论了类似于单螺杆挤出机的啮合型双螺杆挤出机的螺杆特性线,工作图和工作点,另外作者建议把沿螺杆轴线方向的压力分布作为描写啮合型双螺杆挤出机特性的一个重要参量。

| Abstract: | Based on an amount of testing, the effect of the metering feeding on the melt convenying are presented, the metering feeding as an independent operating parameter of the intermeshing twin screw extruder are taked. For the first time, in a similar manner of the discussion on the single screw extrutuder,the characteristic curve of screw, the operating drawing and the operating point of the intermeshing twin scrow extruder are diseussed. Finally, it is suggested that the axial pressure distribution be taken as an importrant parameter for describing the feature of intermeshing twin screw extruder. |
