中国科学院图书馆对满铁文献的一次接收

满铁调查部资料室收藏有大量的关于中国东北地区经济、社会和资源调查方面的文献。满铁大连图书馆是满铁最重要的业务图书馆,因收藏有大量的中国东北地区文献而知名。1957年,中国科学院图书馆接收了满铁调查部遗留的文献,并将副本分发给了全国90余家图书馆。中国科学院图书馆同时还积极与有关部门协商接收满铁大连图书馆的文献,但由于受到来自旅大市的阻力,这批文献留在了地方,成为今天大连图书馆的重要馆藏。

The Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences Took over the Literature of South Manchurian Railway Company

Archives and Library of South Manchurian Railway Company (ALSMR Co. ) had collected a vast amount of documents about the investigation on Manchurian economy, society and resources. As an important consultative Library of SMR Co. , the Dalian Library of SMR Co. ( DLSMR Co. ) was famous for its collection of Manchurian literature. In 1957, the Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences(LCAS) took over the literature which was left behind by ALSMR Co. and distributed duplicates of it to over ninety libraries in all parts of China. At the same time, LCAS actively negotiated with the department concerned on the collection of DLSMR Co. , but was obstructed by Luda city. The literature was thus left to the locality and became the important collection of today's Dalian Library.
