大岩桐的组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:用大岩桐的叶柄为材料,接种于MS附加不同激素组合的培养基上,成功地经愈伤组织至不定芽途径形成大量再生植株并移栽成活.实验表明,MS 6-BA2.0 mg/L NAA0.2mg/L对诱导叶柄形成苗较好,MS NAA0.2mg/L对诱导生根较好.

Abstract:By the leaf stalks of Sinningia hybrid Hort as the explant,the rapid multiplication by tissue culture,MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L was more available for inducing formation of the shoots from the leaf stalks,MS+NAA0.2mg/L was more available for inducing formation of the roots.
