| 摘 要： | 民营企业是拉动我国经济增长的重要力量,由于我国金融体系、资本市场建设不完善,以及民营企业自身发展等影响因素,民营企业融资难已成为一个具有普遍性的问题。以贵州为例,通过对民营企业发展情况、融资现状及融资难的原因等进行分析,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The private enterprise is a major force to drive economic to grow.However,their difficulty in fund-raising has become a common phenomenon due to such factors as deficient financial system and capital market as well as the less-developed enterprise management.This article will analyze the current fund-raising situation,the reason why it is difficult to raise capital,and finally offer countermeasures,taking Guizhou′s private enterprises as an example. |
