房地产“调”而不“控”的原因及对策

近年来,我国房地产在推动经济快速增长的同时,也极大地影响了人们的生活,中央政府自2003年起实施的房地产宏观调控政策,其结果是＂调＂而不＂控＂,房价屡调屡涨。究其原因有以下几点：中央政府顾忌经济发展而调控信心不足、地方政府对就业和财政收入的顾虑、部分开发商为谋取暴利而对房地产出格的炒作、有钱人的投资投机行为和＂房奴＂被迫做出的超限付出。针对上述情况,各方应从维护国计民生的大局出发,从长远利益出发,各司其职,努力实现房价的软着陆,促进房地产供给平民化时代的早日来到。
