我国高校创业教育的背景探析

随着经济结构的调整,创业活动越来越普遍,高校创业教育也越来越受到政府和社会的重视。尤其是在劳动力快速增长、农村剩余劳动力转移压力较大、长期失业和不稳定就业严重、影响就业的不确定因素增加、大学毕业生就业面临诸多挑战的社会背景和政府倡导、知识经济、经济危机、教育大众化、全民创业的时代背景下,高校创业教育得到了蓬勃发展,大学生中涌现出了一股前所未有的创业高潮。

On the Environment of Carving-out Education in Chinese Colleges

Starting one′s own business is becoming popular because of the adjustment of economy structure and the carving-out education is paid more attention to the government and society.The following elements influence the carving-out education,namely,the quick increases of workers,powerful stress of transmission of abundant peasant workers,long-time unemployment and unstable employment,the increasing uncertainties that disturb employing challenges faced with college students′ employing.Besides,the era is characterized with advocating of government,knowledge economy,economy crisis,popularization of education and all mass starting their own businesses.The environment makes the carving-out education develop quickly and the tide of college students starting their own business is coming.
