游梁式抽油机驴头悬点载荷计算的新公式

摘    要:现有的游梁式抽油机驴头悬点最大和最小载荷计算公式都没有考虑摩擦力、气体以及井筒和油管中气、液两相流动的影响.经过系统的理论研究及大量实测数据的统计和分析,得出了一套新的计算公式.实例计算表明,所推荐的公式对计算我国油田游梁式抽油机驴头悬点载荷具有较高的准确度.为便于现场应用,编制了一套计算程序,从而简化了驴头悬点载荷的计算工作.

Abstract:The effects of friction, gas and the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the well and the tube were not considered in the previous calculaing formulae for maximum and minimum load of beam-pumping units. In this paper, on the basis of sysematic theoretical study, and statistics and analysis of large quantities of observed data, a set of new calculating formulae were presented. The result showed that the new formulae were accurate for our oilfields. A set of software had been pngramed for field use, thus the calculation of load of beam-pumping units was simplified.
