"假日饭店联号"管理体系探微

摘    要:“饭店联号”即国际饭店垄断组织,它是因饭店酒业高盈利、高收入而引发的国际性竞争的结果,美国的“假日饭店联号”(Holiday Inns,Inc)分布在53个国家,成为国际饭店联号之首。它具有先进的管理方法、经营方针、经营战略,这些先进的科学管理方法可为我国饭店酒店火速管理提供借鉴。

Abstract:Inns Incorporated", the international hotel and restaurant ring, is the result of international fiercecompetition generated by the high earning and high profit of Hospitality Industry. Holiday Inns, Inc. of Americascattered in about 53 countries, undertook a global Hospitality Industry, and held the first place of international innsinc. This paper tried to probe into its advanced methods, policies and strategies of management, for the purpose oftaking these advanced scientific management as starting points for further progress of hospitality industry managementof our country.
