| 摘 要： | 长期以来，在教师教育问题研究中，研究者们关注的是中小学教师的发展。其实大学教师教育不仅影响到中小学教师的培养，更影响着整个社会人才的培养。本文主要是对大学教师教育中存在的问题进行分析并试图寻找出一些有效的改善对策。

| Abstract: | In the study area .of teachers' educational problem, researchers have been fo-
cusing more on the development of primary and secondary school teachers for a long time.
In fact,college teachers education not only influences on the cultivation of primary and sec-
ondary school teachers,but also has significant effects on the cultivation of the whole social
talent also.The essay analyses the problems existing in college teachers' education and at-
tempts to find more effective countermeasures to solve them. |
