结构疲劳寿命可靠性的计算机模拟

摘    要:以计算机模拟了结构疲劳破坏的全过程,并据此计算了疲劳可靠性寿命。在损伤 阶段用实测数据处理得到的 Huston-Skopinski曲线模拟实测的随机应力,并采用 Miner线性累积损伤理论模拟真实损伤过程。在裂纹扩展阶段,采用 Paris公式模 拟在随机应力下裂纹扩展。对模拟结果用概率论方法处理得到了结构的疲劳可靠性 寿命。

Abstract:The whole fatigue process and reliability lifetime of structure are simulated and predicted with computer as follows: (1) In damage period, the real random distributed stresses are simulated with Huston-Skopinski curve based on the power spectrum method.(2)The real damage growth process is simulated with Miner's model. (3)The real crack growth process is simulated with Paris's model. (4) The reliability lifetime can be analysed and predicted according to the above simulated results. The simulation of fatigue process and prediction of lifetime for truck guidance shaft as an example are given. The comparison of numerical results and experimental results shows that the present simulated model and corresponding computer code are reasonable and valuable for application of practical engineering.
