| 摘 要： | 辩证地分析了技术经济学的中国特色问题，提出近年来技术经济研究中重项目轻产品，重方法轻理论，重微观轻宏观，重经济分析轻技术分析，重确定性分析轻风险性分析等五个方面的失衡问题，对设备合理更新时机选择和更新改造项目经济效益计算口径等问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The problem of Chinese character in technical economics is analysed dialectically. Fiveproblems under bias, the author points out, are existing in recent years in the field of technical economics research--being biassed towards project, method, microapproach, economic analysisand certainty analysis, while neglecting product, theory, macro--research, technical analysis andrisk analysis correspondingly. Additionally, the choice of reasonable opportunity on equipmentrenewal, and the calculating standard of economic benefit on project renewal/reform are discussed. |
