| 摘 要： | 分析了我国传统企业制度对产业组织结构优化和产业组织市场行为有序化的制约。从社会资源合理配置和有效利用的角度，论证了产业组织创新必须依靠现代企业制度建设；并从企业的公司改造，国有资产产权制度改革，政府职能转变及配套改革等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The restriction of traditional enterprise system on structure optimization and market behavior ordering of industrial organiztion in China is analyzed. From the point of view of rational allocation and effective utilization of social resources, it is expounded that industrial organiztion innovation must rely on the establishment of modern enterprise system. Finally, the author studies in detail such problems in China as the corporate transformation of existing enterprises,the reform of state-owned property rights system, the changes of government function and the matching reformations. |
