| Abstract: | The current situation of the research and development of coal-fired MHD in the major countries engaged in this area is introduced.The progresses on the development of conponents of coal-fired MHD installation are described.On the basis of the acheivements of MHD technology obtained up to date,a prospect of it's application in practice is made. |
