基因表达的钙离子调控机制研究

摘    要:基于基因调节系统的动力学模型,利用数值模拟方法研究了Ca2+振荡对基因表达活性的影响.结果表明:细胞内Ca2+振荡能降低活化转录因子的有效钙阈值;转录因子的活性随Ca2+浓度平均水平增高而增大,但随着细胞内Ca2+振荡周期的增大而减小.

Abstract:Based on one of the kinetic models for the genetic regulation system.The effects of Ca2 oscillations on the activation of gene expression are investigated by using of numerical simu-lation method.The results demonstrate that Ca2 oscillations decrease the effective Ca2 threshold for the activation of gene expression;the average activation of gene expression is increased with the in-crease of average amplitude of intracellular Ca2 oscillation,but decreased with the increase of period of intracellular Ca2 oscillation.
