摘    要:循环全回流操作中全回流-全采出操作是基础操作.提出了该过程中存在的浓度平台期现象,并对该现象进行了实验和模拟研究.基于本课题组提出的动态模型进行了模拟,模拟结果表明塔板数和相对挥发度对平台期的长度有明显影响.平台期的验证实验物系为甲醇/乙醇混合物和乙醇/正丙醇混合物.实验结果与模拟结果共同证明了平台期现象的存在.在平台期的基础上,提出了一种新的操作方式:无塔顶回流储罐循环全回流操作.将新方式与恒回流比方式比较,结果表明新方式具有省时高效的优点.

Abstract:Total reflux and total withdrawal operation is the basic operation in cyclic total reflux operation.In the total withdrawal operation,a special phenomenon named "overhead concentration platform"(OCP) was proposed for the first time in the paper,and was studied experimentally and theoretically.The simulation results indicated the number of theoretical trays and the relative volatility influenced the OCP phenomenon distinctly.The experiments were carried out with two mixtures,methanol/ethanol and ethanol/1-propanol.The experiments and simulation certified the exis-tence of OCP.Based on the OCP phenomenon,a new cyclic total reflux operation without reflux drum was proposed.The new operation mode was compared with the constant reflux ratio operation and the computational results showed that the new mode was effective and time-saving.
