摘    要:弧焊过程中,电信号、电弧形态及光谱辐射包含着反映焊接状态的重要信息.目前对焊接过程的参数采集大多是单一的、孤立的,没有将各种信息相互联系并达到相辅相成的效果.针对这种情况,研究了一种以LabVIEW软件为基础平台,结合研华PCI-1716数据采集卡和电压电流传感器、高速摄像设备、光谱仪等设备搭建的焊接多信息同步采集系统.详细说明该系统的软件编程方法,并将该系统应用于MAG焊中,采集焊接过程的电信号、高速摄像图片信息和光谱信息,通过对数据的简要分析,检验系统的同步性.

Abstract:In the process of arc welding,various parameters such as voltage and current,arc morphology and spec-trum contain a lot of information of arc.At present,the parameter acquisition in the welding process is mostly single and isolated,and there is no mutual connection among parameters of all kinds to complement each other.This paper studies a synchronous multi-information acquisition system based on the LabVIEW software platform and the hard-ware of Advantech PCI-1716 data acquisition card,high-speed camera system and the spectrometer.The method of the connection of hardware and the design of software are described in detail and then applied to the MAG welding.The electric signal,the pictures from high-speed camera and the spectral information are acquired and then analysed briefly to test the synchronism of the system.
