| 摘 要： | 资源型城市是以不可再生性资源开发利用为支撑的城市.导致资源型城市转型的原因,是以不可再生性资源开发利用为主导的资源型产业无力再支撑资源型城市的发展.资源型城市转型的实质就是推进资源型城市产业结构的战略性调整,而要推进资源型城市产业结构战略性调整,就必须以人才资源为支撑。

| Abstract: | It is resource-based cities that are based on developing and making use of irrefragable resources.The reason why resource-based cities have to transform is that the resources can not meet the need of the developing of these cities,which depend on resource-based industry.In order to achieve this goal successfully,the industrial structure of these cities should be changed strategically,and we must pay attention to human resources. |
