摘    要:NaOH介质中,铁氰化钾可以氧化棉酚产生弱的化学发光,罗丹明6G有强的增敏作用.基于此,结合流动注射分析技术,建立了一种化学发光法测定棉酚的新方法.在最佳优化条件下,该方法测定棉酚的线性范围为2.0×10^-8mol/L~2.0×10^-6mol/L,检出限为1.4×10^-9mol/L(3σ),相对标准偏差为2.0%.将该方法应用于棉籽油和血清中棉酚含量的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:A simple,sensitive and inexpensive flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of gossypol had been discovered.It was based on the fact that the weak chemiluminescent reaction of potassium ferricyanide with gossypol in alkaline medium,which was enhanced by rhodamine 6G.A lot of optimized experimental conditions had been studied in detail.The CL intensity was linearly related to the concentration of gossypol in the range of 2.0×10-8 mol/L~2.0×10-6 mol/L and the detection limit was 1.4×10-9 mol/L(3σ).The relative standard deviation(RSD) for the technique was 2.0 %(n = 11,c = 4.0×10-7 mol/L).The proposed method had been triumphantly applied to the determination of gossypol in cottonseed oil and human serum with satisfactory results.
