基于模糊PID控制的加热炉温度控制系统

摘    要:根据某加热炉生产硅钢的特殊的对温度控制要求,本文设计出一种常规PID控制与模糊控制相结合的智能控制系统.该系统在温度偏差较大时,侧重于模糊控制,提高系统的响应;在温度偏差较小时,侧重于PID调节,因此既具有模糊控制的响应快、适应性强等优点,又具有PID控制精度高的特点,目前经调试已获得良好的效果并投入生产.

Abstract:According to a heating fumaee control requirements for producing silicon steel,we design a intelligent control system eombinationing of PID control and fuzzy control.When the temperature deviation is larger,it focuses on the fuzzy control,improving the system response;When the temperature deviation is smaller,focused on PID control.So it has both merits of them and had obtained good effect in production.
