金耳菌丝体发酵物抗凝血活性研究

摘    要:通过观察金耳菌丝体对小鼠全血凝血时间、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及金耳菌丝体对小鼠体内静脉血栓的形成有无抑制等指标的影响,探讨了金耳菌丝体对动物的抗凝血作用.结果表明,与生理盐水组比较,金耳菌丝体能显著延长CT、PT、APTT等指标,且具有抗小鼠体内静脉的血栓形成作用,提高其耐缺氧能力,明显降低了缺氧小鼠的死亡率.总之,金耳菌丝体既能影响内源性凝血系统途径,又能作用于外源性凝血系统途径,从而表明其具有抗多种凝血因子活性的能力.

Abstract:The anti-thrombosis effect is studied preliminary by observating the CT,PT,APTT.The result shows that compared with the physiological saline group,the fermented products could remarkablely prolong CT,PT and APTT,suppresses vein thrombus in normal rats.The fermented products both can affect the endocardial hemoglutination system way,and can affect the exogenetic hemoglutination system way,and also indicated that it has the ability.to inhibit many kinds of hemoglutination factor.
