摘    要:图像融合是在图像处理领域的一个重要应用,方向扩散方程是一种有方向性的扩散,可以有效地将特征明显、分辨率高的图像融合在一起,得到比任何一幅源图像效果都好的图像。本文基于这一特点,将方向扩散方程运用到图像融合当中.结果表明,经方向扩散方程处理后的融合图像,物体可以很好地与背景融为一体,视觉效果上比直接嵌入有了很大的改善。

Abstract:Image fusion is an important application in image processing.The images obtained by directed diffusion equation,which can fuse images with distinctive features and high resolution together for its diffusion process with direction,are better than any of the source images.Based on that point,the directed diffusion equation is applied to image fusion in this paper.The results show that the object and background seem as one whole image after handling with the direction of diffusion equation,choosing appropriate time interval and suitable diffusing steps.In vision effect,it is much better than that of directly embedding the object into background.
