摘    要:研究了在40 mg·L^-1Cr6+胁迫下,0.1 mmol·L^-1~1.0 mmol·L^-1外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)处理对小麦幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、相对电导率、叶片保护酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性和可溶性糖含量的影响.结果表明,NO缓解小麦幼苗Cr6+胁迫具有剂量效应,以0.4 mmol·L^-1SNP的效果最好.

Abstract:Under 40 mg·L-1 Cr6+ stress condition,the effects of sodium nitropprusside(SNP,an exogenous nitric oxide donor) at the concentration range of 0.1 mmol·L-1 ~1.0 mmol·L-1 for wheat seedlings were investigated,such as the growth,chlorophyll content,MDA content,relative leakage ratio,activities of leaf protective enzymes(SOD,POD and CAT) and soluble sugar content in wheat seedlings were investigated.The results showed that dosage effect of SNP could alleviate the damage of Cr6+ in wheat seedlings,and the best dosage for the alleviation of Cr6+ stress damage was 0.4 mmol·L-1 SNP.
