相位量化数字射频存储器的设计考虑

摘    要:本文讨论了相位量化数字射频存储器(DRFM)所需电阻环移相器、输入编码器和输出译码器的设计方法,分析了相位量化DRFM瞬时带宽与采样率的关系,并经计算机模拟证实。结果表明,当采用双通道处理时,与I,Q双通道幅度量化一样,相位量化DRFM的瞬时带宽在数值上也等于采样频率。

Abstract:This paper discusses the designs of the resistor-loop phaseshifter,input encoder,and output decoder used in a phase quantization digital radio frequency memories(DRFM),and analyzes the relationship between inistantaneous bandwidth and sampling frequency of the phase quantization DRFM. The results show that the instantaneous bandwidth of the phase quantization DRFM is equal to,in numeral,the sampling frequency. which is the same as the I Q double-channel amplitude quantization DRFM.
