浅论高校辅导员如何构建合理知识结构

思想政治教育工作是一门综合性的科学，是一项涉及思想政治教育、时事政策、管理学、教育学、社会学和心理学以及就业指导、学生事务管理等多领域的工作，也是一项不断面临新形势、新挑战、新问题的工作。新形势下辅导员专业化、职业化建设需要以合理的知识结构为基础。辅导员要不断加强自身的理论学习，加强交流，关注学生的新特点、新问题，不断更新知识储备，与时俱进，处理好博与专的关系，才能把大学生的思想政治工作提高到一个新的层面上。
