具有速度特征的动态综合评价模型

在综合评价中, 不仅要了解被评价对象的排序情况, 掌握被评价对象的变化速度情况同样重要. 为此, 运用数学建模的手段, 综合考虑被评价对象变化速度的状态与趋势, 从信息集结的角度对多时段内被评价对象的变化速度进行动态综合评价研究. 以变化速度状态测度模型来描述被评价对象变化速度状态, 以变化速度趋势测度模型来描述被评价对象变化速度趋势, 在此基础上, 提出了将变化速度状态和变化速度趋势融合的动态综合评价模型, 该模型可以更全面地对多时段内被评价对象的变化速度进行测度. 最后通过一个算例验证了该模型的实际可操作性.

Dynamic comprehensive evaluation model with the feature of speed

Not only it is necessary to realize sequence situation of evaluated objects, but also grip change speed sequence situation of evaluated objects. Therefore, this paper conducts a research on dynamic comprehensive evaluation of change speed from a view of information aggregation considering change speed state and trend of evaluated objects. The approach adopted in the paper is a quantitative technique based on use of mathematics modeling. Change speed state measurement model is used to describe change speed state of evaluated objects, change speed trend measurement model is used to describe change speed trend of evaluated objects. On this basis, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model is proposed to measure change speed of evaluated objects from a more comprehensive view at multi-phase, in which change speed state and change speed trend are syncretized. A calculation example is pulled into to illustrate practical operability of the model.
