| 摘 要： | 创新型人才是知识经济时代最重要的人力资源，培养创新型人才必须进行高等教育的创新，高等教育的创新要从教育观念、体制、内容、方法和教师等方面进行，其中，教育观念的创新是前提，教育体制的创新是根本，教育内容和方法的创新是核心，教师队伍的创新是关键。

| Abstract: | People with creativity are the precious resources in the knowledge economy age. To develop such competent people calls for the innovation of Higher Education. It is, above all, to introduce new educational notions. Then the essential step is to advance the educational system. To renew the educational content and methods are both vital too. The key to the innovation is to train more qualified teachers. |
