摘    要:食品安全与现代科技革命密切相关,一方面现代科技革命促进了食品的安全,另一方面也给食品安全带来了许多负效应。本文就我国近年来在食品安全领域应用现代科学技术所取得的成就进行了简介,同时针对我国在食品安全领域出现的新问题向现代科技革命提出的挑战进行了着重阐述,最后对这两者的协调发展做了展望。

Abstract:The food safety has close relationship with modern technical revolution.On one hand,modern technical revolution promotes the safety of food.On the other hand,numbers of negative effects occurs with modern technology.Achievements of using modern science and technology in the field of China's food safety were introduced. At the same time, the newly-appeared problems in the field of China' s food safety related to modern technical revolution were analyzed.Finally,the coordinated development of both was prospected.
