黑藻的光合特性及其影响因素

摘    要:利用氧电极法测定了黑藻的光合特性和光合速率随环境条件的变化规律.测得的光补偿点约为2klx,光饱和点为30hlx,温度补偿点为6.5℃,光合作用的最适温度为35℃,反应介质中NaHCO_3浓度为20mmol/L时接近CO_2饱和点.在最适条件下,黑藻的光合速率可达到7.29mgO_2·h~(-1)·g~(-1)FW.研究结果为评价黑藻在增加水体溶氧,改善水质中的作用提供了依据,也为中学植物学的演示实验“绿色水生植物在光下放出氧气”提供了最适实验条件的选择。

Abstract:The changes of photosynthctic characteristics and photosynthctic rates of Hydrilla verticillata Casp. under different cnviromcntal conditions arc measured by applying the Oxygen Electrode method. The light compensation point is ca. 2 klx, the light saturation point is 30 klx, the temperature compensation point is 6.5C and the photosynthctic optimum temperature is 35C . The CO2 concentration was nearly up to its saturation point when concentration of NaHCO3 was 20 mmol/ L in the reactive medium. The photosynthctic rate can reach up to 7.29 mg O2 h-1 g-'FW as in the optimum condition. The results provide basis for evaluating the role played by H. verticillata in adding the soluble Oxygen in water and in purification of water cnviromcnt, and also provide the basis for the selection of the optimum test condition for one of the biological tests, i. c. " the green water plant releasing oxygen under light" test in the middle school.
