| 摘 要： | 悬浮细胞计数一直是细胞培养技术的重要工具.从悬浮细胞图像的灰度特点出发,探索并实现了适合悬浮细胞图像的计数方法:通过预处理,Canny边缘检测及形态学处理这三个步骤来完成分割,对分割结果采用种子点法进行区域计数,再针对所有含有种子点的区域,计算其内部灰度均值,用于区分区域是活细胞还是死细胞.经实验证明,该计数方法误差小,速度快,很大程度上减少了细胞计数的工作量.
