| 摘 要： | 为了确定新疆紫草中萘醌类成分的最佳提取工艺,本研究以新疆紫草中主要萘醌类成分的含量为指标,利用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定其含量,采用L9(34)正交实验进行提取工艺全面优选。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为:新疆紫草粗粉,用12倍量95%乙醇冷浸8 h。采用冷浸法提取新疆紫草中萘醌类成分,操作简便,方法可行,降低了生产成本,提高了药材利用率,使实验结果具有实际应用价值。

| Abstract: | To study the best extraction method of naphthaquinones in Radix Arnebiae.The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the contents of naphthaquinones determined by RP-HPLC as index.The best method of extraction is cold-soaking with 12 times 95% alcohol for 8 hours.The extraction method for Radix Arnebiae can save energy and be suitable for the modern production. |
