薄皮核桃壳活性炭处理啤酒工业废水的研究

摘    要:啤酒废水中含有大量的有机物,若不加治理直接外排,将导致地表水和地下水的污染。本文以自制的薄皮核桃壳活性炭为吸附剂,对啤酒厂发酵罐CIP清洗的废水进行吸附处理,以啤酒工业废水COD和DO的去除率为考核指标,通过单因素和正交试验,得到降低COD的最佳处理工艺参数为:活性炭与pH=8的啤酒工业废水以1∶20的料液比混合,室温下吸附20min,COD的去除率可达77.5%;降低DO的最佳处理工艺参数为:活性炭与pH=8的啤酒工业废水以1∶10的料液比混合,室温下吸附20min,DO的去除率可达90.0%。
