| Abstract: | This paper probes into problems of that how the archive establishment to use the concept and method of the knowledge management, establish the total new management concept and service concept, give full play to the new functions collecting information sources and constructing knowledge bank, and provide the services of archive information from three aspects of the construction, management model and management system of archive information resources. |
