| Abstract: | Taking the problems aroused in the development of technicians in Hangzhou city as examples and based on the data of the enterprises of different sizes in Hangzhou city,this paper analyzes the present employment situation of the graduates from vocational colleges and proposes some suggestion on the combination of vocational college and development of the technicians in enterprises. |
