技术联盟合作创新的信誉机制研究

从技术联盟成员之间合作的博弈关系角度,构建了技术联盟成员合作创新的信誉模型,研究了信誉对技术联盟成员的激励效应,以及信誉与联盟治理绩效之间的关系。得出的基本结论是:在完善的技术创新市场环境中,信誉是技术联盟成员合作创新的重要治理机制,在信誉激励下,技术联盟成员之间合作创新是有效率的。在此基础上,给出了基于信誉机制的技术联盟治理建议。

Study on Reputation Mechanism of Technology Alliance Based on Cooperation Innovation

Based on the understanding about technology-alliance's cooperation innovation,from the perspective of game relationship of members in technology-alliance,construction a reputation model on members of technology-alliance,and analyzed the reputation incentive effect to the members'cooperation and explained the relationship between the reputation and the performance of governance on member's behavior by the model.in a perfect market of technology condition,the reputation is important incentive mechanism of members of cooperation,with the reputation incentive mechanism,technology-alliance's cooperation innovation is effective.Finally,Based on the conclusion of model,this paper also explained some opportunism in technology-alliance,and give some suggests how to construct environment of reputation incentive effect.
