摘    要:为提高空气重介质流化床的分选效果,以磁铁矿粉为加重质,分析其粒度组成及流化特性,并利用不同密度级的示重块代替煤,在不同气速下进行流化床分选实验。结果表明,加重质D的粒度组成基本呈正态分布;该加重质在流化数为1.14~1.43时,可形成较稳定的床层,流化效果较好;以加重质D为分选介质,当气速为6.60cm/s时,流化床的分选效果最佳。该研究为进一步确定流化床的分选范围提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper is an effort to improve the separation effectiveness of air dense-medium fluid- ized bed by taking magnetite powder as dense medium to analyze its particle size distribution and fluid- ization characteristics and replacing the coal with the density levels of indicated weights to perform separa- tion experiment with different velocity. The results show that the dense-medium D with particle size of normal distribution tends to form more stable bed within fluidization number of 1.14 - 1.43, and gives better fluidization effectiveness. The best separation effectiveness of fluidized bed comes from dense medi- um taken as separation medium, with the velocity of 6.60 em/s. This study provides the basis for further determining the range of separation in the fluidized bed.
