| 摘 要： | 本文研究了运用溶胶-凝胶工艺以TEOS为反应前驱体、氨水为催化剂来制备SiO2纳米粒子.开展了以TEOS量、氨水量以及反应温度为参数对二氧化硅粒径的影响的研究.结果表明随着TEOS量、氨水量增加,SiO2粒径将增大,而随着反应温度的增加SiO2粒径将减小.

| Abstract: | This paper reports the preparation of SiO2 nanoparticles using tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as reaction precursor and NH3 as catalyst through the sol-gel technology.The effect parameters such as TEOS concentration,ammonia concentration and reaction temperature towards the size of silica nanoparticles have been investigated.The results show the size of silica nanoparticles increase with the increasing of TEOS and NH3 concentration,however,decreased with the increasing of reaction temperature. |
