摘 要: | 对与邢钢2#高炉低硅铁的冶炼相关的大量数据进行了现场调查与收集,进行了多次反复的一元和多元回归处理。结果表明,在目前的生产条件下,提高炉渣的碱度,将二元碱度控制在1.10-1.20之间,三元碱度控制在1.45-1.50之间;在维持高炉炉况稳定顺行前提下,进一步提高利用系数、煤比、富氧率、热风温度和炉顶压力有利于降低铁水含硅量。

Abstract: | The data related to iron making with low silicon of Xing steel 2# BF practice were investigated,single and multiple regression analysis were carried out for many times.The effective measures to reduce silicon content in hot metal are as follows: The slag basicity should be increased,the dualistic basicity should be:1.10~1.20,the ternary basicity should be:1.45~1.50.The utilization coefficient,PCI ratio,rich oxygen ratio,blast temperature and top pressure should be improved under the condition that BF operat... |
