The elements of flood data in hydrological engineering specialty such as the designed net rainfall,designed peak flow,and designed flood volume,etc.are the most important calculation parameters in the analysis and calculation of hydrologic conditions of power engineering.Their calculations,which are commonly made with relevant equations in the hydraulic calculation manuals of all regions of Shanxi Province,are not only complicated but also easy to make mistakes.So,the working efficiency is not high.In the light of such situation,Shanxi＇s Storm Flood Calculation Software has been compiled and developed.And numerous experiments show that all calculation errors of Shanxi＇s Storm Flood Calculation Software are kept in the allowable ranges of technical regulations and technical specifications of hydraulic specialty,and the precision and accuracy of calculation results can completely meet the specifications of hydraulic specialty.
