| 摘 要： | 在分析了机械式和气动成卷机成卷压力控制系统的基础上 ,提出了一种采用电液比例控制技术的成卷机控制系统 .它不仅可以提高成卷质量 ,而且可以简化系统设计 ,降低成本 ,是一种有希望的成卷机成卷压力控制系统 .

| Abstract: | The analysis of the mechanical and pneumatic control systems of scutcher machines is studied in this paper,a hydraulic control system with electro hydraulic proportional valve to regulate the force imposed on the cotton lap is proposed.It can improve the quality of the lap,simplify system design and reduce cost.Therefore,it is a very promising scutcher machine control system. |
